Nicest gym I've visited on my travels so far has everything you need including sunbed and sauna plenty of room and very comfortable.
Adequately equiped, cozy temperature and friendly staff. However, I think the personal trainers should pay more attention on the biological features of the cadets and the muscles actually responsible for the actions, not just the overall posture and movement.
