Excellent staff. My bike needed the odd small fix and update having not been used for a couple of years, and they really helped me out. This was 3 different trips to their shop with 3 different members of staff assisting me: New back light - they could have sold me something twice the price (I thought I needed something brighter), but made sure they only sold me what I needed. The clamp at the top of my seat post had become unbonded with the post itself - they told me how to fix it myself rather than selling me a new seat post. New helmet (mine was about 10 years old so needed replacing) - they showed me options at different price points, but most importantly, recommended that I only needed one at the lower price range. Top marks to the crew in Exeter - there's no need to go to any other bike shop.

Great service. As a bike luddite, they gave me great advice today on a few bits I needed for my bike. Prices seemed reasonable, but you can't put a price on great, friendly service. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. 5 stars all the way. Kevin

Excellent and friendly service. They replaced a broken gear shifter for us when we were far from home, at a very reasonable price. They also lent us their tools to fix a minor problem on a second bike.

I’ve not personally used the co bikes yet, but they look to be a great way to get around Exeter for very reasonable prices. A good location as right next to the tourist and information centre too

Great bike shop. Absolutely pleased with the service. Fast, cheap and approachable. A bit tricky to get there, but once you arrive you are in the safe hands. They will take care of your bike, like no one else in Exeter. After trying a few bike shops here in Exeter, came to a conclusion, this is the better one. Price and time wise.

I am so pleased my with my electric bike. It is simply amazing and I love cycling around Exeter and going uphills! Alvaro has been extremely helpful throughout the process of ordering the bike, getting it in the store, testing etc. He's knowledgeable and puts the customer's best interest first. The best place in Exeter to go to for an e-bike-highly recommend!
